Privacy notice
This notice describes the pre-launch demonstration website. Customer registration, mailing-list collection, paid subscriptions and live phone calls are not currently open.
Project operator
RecepIA is a project name, not a statement that a company has been incorporated. The responsible operator's identity and a working contact channel must be published before personal-data collection or a commercial launch. This information is not yet complete.
The demonstration
Sample call records are fictional. The name and price fields in the receptionist preview change the page in your browser; they are not sent to an AI model or saved to the customer database. A CSV export is generated locally from the sample calls.
Do not enter real personal, confidential or sensitive information in the demo. No email list, contact submission, account creation or payment form is available on the public pre-launch site.
Technical information when you visit
The hosting provider, Vercel, necessarily receives connection information such as the IP address and the requested resource to deliver the website and operate its infrastructure. Security and delivery logs may be processed under the hosting account's settings. The exact retention, legal basis, provider terms and responsible operator information must be confirmed before wider public launch.
Fonts, analytics and advertising
The typefaces are served with the website. This version does not load Google Fonts, analytics scripts, advertising pixels or social-media embeds. There is no analytics consent switch because no optional tracking has been added.
Future accounts and telephone calls
If the service launches, an updated notice will explain the controller and processor roles, the purposes and legal bases, recipients, retention, international transfers and contact details. Telephone and AI providers may process live audio even when no audio recording is saved; those are separate issues and must be configured and disclosed accurately.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, depending on the processing. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority. In Romania, this is ANSPDCP.
Current limitation
The project is not accepting customer data or providing a live call service. Operator identification and verified processing details are still required before claiming that the service is ready for public commercial use.
